How do I exchange an item?
If you’d like to exchange an item, simply send it back to our address below with a note in the packaging that you need another size of equivalent product (for example, if you ordered the wrong size shirt or the wrong type of antenna for your truck).
If purchased during a giveaway, since we have not exchanged any money, you are still entered to the giveaway based on your original order.
Mail us Back the Item(s): The item(s) must be in new, sellable condition. Once we receive the return, we will send you the replacement item. Please include:
- Your order number
- Reason for exchange
- The new item you’d like in exchange
- All original packaging including undamaged product(s)

You will be responsible for payment of return shipping to the above address. When we receive the return, we will ship you the correct item. It takes approximately 2 weeks to receive your item, and ship out your new item depending upon availability.
Important Terms & Conditions:
- Items that are not in sellable condition are not eligible for returns or refunds. Items such as gift cards are not refundable.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the stocking warehouse in New Jersey.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- If you are shipping an item over $30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
