How do I exchange or return an item?

Important Terms & Conditions:

  • Items that are not in sellable condition are not eligible for returns or refunds or exchanges. Items such as gift cards or donations are not refundable.
  • Items purchased during a giveaway are not eligible for a refund once the giveaway has closed. Only exchange/store credit can happen at that point. Any return/exchange must happen within 45 days of receiving the product. 
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item over $30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Important Note: You must report missing items/packages within 30 days of purchase.
  • You will be responsible for payment of return shipping. Please make sure all original packaging/contents are included with the product and that it is undamaged/unworn/unused. When we receive the return, we will issue you the refund/store credit/exchange assuming the item is undamaged.
