Returns & Exchange Policies
Returns + Exchanges must be sent back to us within 45 days of purchase.
If an item is purchased during a giveaway period, refunds are not permitted if the item is returned once the giveaway has ended.
We can only do exchanges or store credit at that point.
If you do return an item for a refund that was purchased during a giveaway you forfeit entries that were associated with that purchase. (This does not apply if you return for store credit or exchange).
All returned items must be in original condition, unused & unworn, and brand new, in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Items cannot be accepted if returned dirty, containing pet hair or scents. It must be in re-sellable condition.
You will be responsible for payment of return shipping. Please make sure all original packaging/contents are included with the product and that it is undamaged/unworn/unused. When we receive the return, we will issue you the refund/store credit/exchange assuming the item is undamaged.

What to Expect
- A refund will be issued to original form of payment within about 10 business days of us receiving the original item back.
- An exchanged item will ship out within 2-4 business days of us having received the original item back given that we have stock of requested item.
- A store credit code will be emailed to you once we receive the original item back so please double check your spam or junk folder for an email from us!
Final Sale Items
There are no returns or exchanges on any final sale items.
