I returned a product, but have not received a refund yet.

Refunds typically take between 14 and 21 business days for our team to process your return, refund your order, and your bank to deposit the money into your account.  If it has been longer than 21 business days, and you haven’t received a refund yet please do the following:

  1. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this, it’s been longer than 21 business days and you still have not received your refund yet, reach out to our team.
