I received an email saying my order has been delivered but it is not here.

If the tracking number shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please do the following:

  1. Wait up to 3 business days.
  2. Check with surrounding neighbors.
  3. Please check your mailbox and any other locations where packages could be delivered.
  4. Please check with other friends/family members living at your address. Give them a Squatch slap for touching your Ronin order!

If you have waited three business days and still have not received your order, please reach out to our team.

Important Note: You must report missing items/packages within 30 days of purchase.
