How do I know if my order has shipped yet?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking information.
Triple check the email you received when placing your order, and login with that email address.
If you created an account when you placed your order, then you will also be able to access your tracking information in the “My Account” page of the website. Please note, accounts are not automatically created when you place an order. Click here to create an account! Ensure you create an account with the same email address you placed your order with.
Once on the “My Account” page, scroll down and click on the “Order Number” you want to view.
Important Note: You must report missing items/packages within 30 days of purchase.
