What is the status of my order?

You can find the status of your order by logging into your account in the upper right-hand corner of your screen.  Once on the “My Account” page, scroll down and click on the “Order Number” you want to view.

“Not Shipped” means our team is working hard to get your order shipped!  Typically your order will be shipped within 2-5 business days.

“Shipped” means the order has left our fulfillment center.  If your order has been shipped, your account will also show a button titled “Track my Order” which will give you the most recent location of your order.  In addition, you will receive an email once your order has been shipped.
